It is a complete reporting solution for Dynamics NAV, giving users the possibility to generate various types of reports easily and fastly. Data is extracted directly from the NAV database and delivered to Excel, providing the possibility to distribute it via email.
Jet reports is available in three editions: Express, Essentials and Enterprise. Jet reports Express is free of charge for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 and newer.
Digital invoices and payments
Invoice Center for NAV is a service, which allows sending invoices digitally directly from NAV to the Invoice Center at Elektron and to receive payments digitally in NAV. Additionally, it is possible to send and receive payment agreements.
The service can be used with Dynamics NAV v4.01 and newer. It allows to make in-house workflows more effective, release working capacities and decrease administration expenses. Instead of printing out, packing and process invoices manually, it is possible to send invoices digitally, without the need for an intermediate. This can be done directly from NAV to private or business customers with or without payment agreements, where the agreement would be that the amount be withdrawn from the respective account and moved to your own account. This will be carried out indirectly through the Invoice Center at Elektron.

Send PDF documents from NAV via Email
eDoc is a service, that allows you to send documents via email directly in Dynamics NAV, eliminating the need for having to manually print out and send by mail. It is fast and easy.
The following document types can be generated and sent by email:
– Sales invoices
– Credit notices for sales
– Sales orders
– Order receipts
– Account overviews
– Payment reminders
– Interest notices
– Files (special offers, holiday greetings,etc.)
It can, for example, be an advantage when sending invoices need to be sent. Rather than using time on printing booked invoices, placing them inside an envelope, attaching postage and delivering it to a post office, the invoices will be sent directly as a pdf document.

Digital customs handling for Dynamics NAV
With eCustoms, it is possible to generate purchase orders in NAV and assign customs number, country of origin, weight and value of each item. The order will then be exported to a file, which can be imported in eCustoms at the Tax Authorities. When the purchase order is booked, the customs number, the net weight and country of origin will be saved with the item data for later use.
The order and the customs information will be generated once in NAV, reducing the need for entering any information manually at the Tax Authorities.

Approval of purchase orders
Invoice Workflow is an authorized application for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. With it, you can handle document flows better, since all workflows concerning purchase order administration is in one and the same application.
Invoice workflow is used for digital document storage of purchase orders, approval hereof, order transactions, comparison of line items and invoices. Additionally, there are possibilities for approval, transaction and order generation via a web client. A transaction creates bills. The invoices that are generated are ready for booking. It is possible to change bills, before they are booked.
Connecting with debt collector
Payment reminders are sent directly from NAV to the debt collector, and status changes in the demands are received back from the debt collector, which are imported in your NAV application.
Debt Collection is a service that makes it possible to send payment reminders directly from NAV to the debt collector.

Formula is offering WMS scanning solutions from Tasklet Factory, which is a future-oriented service that can work in cooperation with existing scanners and the Android Operating System.
Tasklet Factory is an authorized ISV partner of Microsoft providing scanning solutions to NAV partners around the world.
The solution can be used on Wireless networks directly connecting to NAV, as well as offline.
The solution contains the following features:

The graphical user interface is easy to use and can be configured to accomodate the needs of the individual user and the WMS scanning solution has the tools that are necessary to optimize your workflow.
Apart from the possibility of parameter-based configuration of the system, the WMS scanning solution is a standard system. If modifications are needed, they will be made directly in NAV by Formula.
Reimbursement of customs tax
When goods are imported into the Faroe Islands, customs tax must be paid to the Tax Authorities. However, should a good be moved out of the country again (e.g. to a foreign vessel), it is possible to ask the Tax Authorities to get reimbursed for the already paid customs. This solution can read an already booked sales invoice and, by finding the corresponding line item, find out how much has been paid. The result is a print out that can be sent to the Tax Authorities.
If desired, it is possible to generate a proof of purchase, ensure a sound bookkeeping. Additionally, the product statistics are updated – because it is often the case that goods are sold for less than their wholesale price.
Taxfree Sale is an extended solution of the Calculation solution by Formula. It is however possible to add this service without the Calculation application. The price depends on the individual needs of the customer.
